EP#2การประยุกต์ใช้ Automatic transfer switch ใช้ได้แบบไหนบ้าง อย่างไร ? 1.#สลับเปลีย่น 2 แหล่งจ่าย ระหว่าง Grid -Utility และ Inverter (ระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากโซลาร์เซลล์) 1.1.#เหมาะสำหรับ Inverter Brand : HUAWEI.GOODWE,GOWATT..... 1.2 #ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้กับ Inverter Brand Sofar (ข้อมูลจากช่างโซลาร์เซลล์)ควรใช้กับรุ่นHYCQ5-63H จะดีกกว่า 2.#สลับเปลีย่น 2 แหล่งจ่าย ระหว่าง Grid -Utility และ Generator 3.#สลับเปลี่ยน 2 แหล่งจ่าย ระหว่าง Grid-Utility No.1 และ Grid-Utility No.2 4.#สลับเปลี่ยน 2 แหล่งจ่าย ระหว่าง Grid-Utility No.1 และ Grid-Utility No.2 และ Genertor (3 Hybrid) 5.#สลับเปลีย่น 2 แหล่งจ่าย ระหว่าง Inverter (ระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากโซลาร์เซลล์) และ Grid -Utility 6.#......... # ลักษณะการต่อใช้งาน และ wiring ไม่ควรต่อตรง ควรผ่านอุปกรณ์ป้องกันจำพวก Fuse ,Circuit Breaker และควรจ่ายไฟฟ้าผ่าน Relay จะดีมาก ไม่เหมาะให้สลับไปมาเองในหากควบคุมระบบแรงดันไฟฟ้าไม่ได้ หรือหน่วงเวลาการทำงานไม่ได้ จากการใช้งาน ไฟฟ้าตกค้าง ภานในทำให้ ATS เสียหายได้ สลับเปลียนแหล่งจ่ายกรณีฉุกเฉินใช้งานได้ดีกรณี Inverter ชำรุดเสียหาย หรือแบตเตอรี่ ต่ำจากค่า DOD (Deep of Discharge) ควรออกแบบระบบควบคุมการทำงานของเอทีเอส ไม่แนะนำให้สลับไปมาบ่อยครั้ง ด้วยตัวของเอทีเอสเอง ในลักษระการต่อตรงในแบบ wiring ที่มาจากโรงงาน ส่วนตัวผมว่าไม่ถูกต้อง เอทีเอสสลับไปมาเองได้และคุมไม่ได้ EP# 2 ส่วนตัวใช้รุ่นนี้เหมือนกัน-สลับเปลีย่น 2 แหล่งจ่าย ระหว่าง Inverter 6K (ระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากโซลาร์เซลล์) และ Grid -Utility ใช้ตัวตั้งเวลามาสั่งให้ Relay จ่ายไฟฟ้า 220VAC (L-N)ไปยัง Source A ใช้มาประมาณ เกือบ 2 ปีแล้ว ยังไม่พบปัญหา ไม่สลับมาเจอโหลดหนักๆ สลับมาแค่แสงสว่าง (ผมตั้งชื่อว่าสลับลมครับ) สลับมามีโหลดประเกิน 10% ของ Inverter หากรวม Inrush Current แล้วน้อยมาก แล้วค่อยเพิ่มโหลด สลับมาเจอโหลดหนัก Capacitor ในตัว Inverter อาจม่องแท่งได้ สลับบ่อยครั้งก็ทำให้ Inverter เสียหาย # สลับเปลี่ยนกลับมา Grid UTI มีโหลดมากๆไม่เป็นไรครับ เพราะเป็นไฟหลวง เอทีเอสแบบนี้ ต้องออกแบบระบบควบคุมการทำงานครับ
